These Terms govern your use of the Injaz website and services. By placing an order you agree to them.

Injaz is a private visa and travel services facilitator. We are not a government entity and do not issue visas — all visa decisions are made solely by the competent UAE authorities.

1. Our services

Injaz helps applicants prepare, submit and follow up UAE visa applications and related travel services. We collect your details and documents, review them, file the application with the relevant authority and keep you informed. We do not issue visas.

2. Prices and payment

Each order shows the government fee, our service fee and any add-ons (such as urgent processing) before payment. All amounts are in UAE Dirham (AED) and are charged securely by card through our payment provider Geidea. Your order is processed only after the payment is confirmed.

3. Your account and information

You must provide true, complete and current information and valid documents. An account is created for you after a successful payment; keep your password confidential and tell us immediately about any unauthorized use. Incorrect information may lead to delays or rejection.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the site for fraudulent applications, forged documents, applications on behalf of others without their consent, or any attempt to disrupt or access the system without permission.

5. Visa decisions and liability

Approval or rejection of a visa is decided solely by the relevant embassy or government authority. Injaz does not guarantee approval or processing times set by the authority, and is not liable for their decisions, delays, or travel costs resulting from them. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

6. Refunds and timelines

Refunds follow our Refund Policy, and expected processing times are listed on the Delivery Timeline page. Both form part of these Terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
